Our namesake

A little tang. A lot of character.

Sumac is a deep-red spice made from the fruit of the sumac plant.

Bright, earthy, and gently tart, it brings lift to the food we love. That simple balance is what we want Sumac to feel like too: warm, vivid, and never overcomplicated.
